1 Acceptance of Terms

Use of the cuci02 platform is fully subject to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this document in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

Cuci02 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the cuci02 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or corporate entity when registering a personal account.
• Have never been suspended or banned from using the cuci02 platform previously.

3 Registration & Account Security

Each user is only permitted to own one account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. cuci02 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided, including a copy of your identity card, passport, or other supporting documents.

• Your account password is your sole responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact customer support immediately.
• Cuci02 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Cuci02 supports a wide range of payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, local bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is as specified on the Deposit page. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. cuci02 does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified, depending on the chosen payment method. cuci02 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for identity verification or compliance review purposes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered under your name.
• Cuci02 reserves the right to charge a withdrawal fee depending on the withdrawal method and amount.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified.
• Any activity suspected to be fraudulent will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

11 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the cuci02 platform. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed while the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
